TRADE SHOW - The Heartland Hospitality Expo is our annual trade show.  Only Allied Members are allowed to exhibit.  Hotel general managers and key decision-makers from local and out-of-area hotels are personally invited to attend to ensure a good turnout of potential customers. A trade-show booth is a FREE member benefit.

WEB PAGE LISTING - Allied Members receive a FREE listing on the association's Vendor/ Buyer’s Guide on the association’s website, www.kansascitylodging.org. Vendors are listed by service or product, and listings include contact information, a link to the vendor’s website, a 25-word description of the vendor’s service/product, and the company’s logo if desired.

ADVERTISING - The association’s monthly newsletter, Inn-Sight, provides an inexpensive advertising option. Members may place ads or insert a full-page flyer to highlight a product or service.  Approximately 450 newsletters are mailed each month.  Web page advertising rates are very reasonable.  Visit our website and see what we can do for you.  Ad space is also available in the annual directory.  Directory advertising details are mailed three months prior to publication.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY - Allied members are listed FREE in the association's printed directory.  Over 1,000 are printed and distributed to members, government officials, and convention & visitors bureaus.  New allied members are also highlighted with contact information in the newsletter.

USE OF ASSOCIATION LOGO - Allied members may use the HLAGKC logo on their printed material.  Camera-ready artwork with PMS color is available from the association office.

MAILING LABELS - Allied members can request FREE mailing labels or a computer disc that lists the association members.  Call the office to request this member benefit.

MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEON - Monthly membership luncheons provide excellent networking opportunities between hoteliers and suppliers.  Lunch is FREE for the first person from a member company.  Check the newsletter for time, date, location, and program.  Reservations required.

LUNCHEON SPONSOR - Allied members may sponsor a luncheon with a presentation that is of interest to association members.  Programs require board approval.  Allied members can also purchase a display table at selected luncheons to showcase a new product or service.

GOLF TOURNAMENT - Our Golf Classic is another great networking opportunity for members and guests.  Register early because the golf tournament is sold out every year.  The golf tournament also provides an excellent opportunity for targeted advertising.

RECOGNITION DINNER - The annual Recognition Dinner honors the "Hotel Supplier of the Year", and other Hospitality Leadership Award winners.  This formal event draws over 400 members and guests and takes place in February.  Members are sent formal invitations.
